2.Access Data / Hosting
Our website is hosted by STRATO AG, Pascalstraße 10, 10587 Berlin, Germany.
When the website is accessed, server log files are processed (e.g. IP address, date/time, requested URL, referrer, user agent). Processing is carried out to ensure the stability and security of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
Log data is generally stored by STRATO for up to 7 days and then deleted. We have concluded a data processing agreement with STRATO in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

3. No Cookies / No Tracking / No External Integrations
We do not use tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics) or cookies requiring consent.
External content (e.g. Google Maps, YouTube, social plugins) is not embedded.

4. Fonts
All fonts used are embedded locally; no connections are made to external font providers (e.g. Google Fonts).

5. Communication via Email / Phone
If you contact us, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, content) in order to handle your request.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in communication) or Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual/contractual inquiries).
We delete inquiries once they have been dealt with, but no later than 12 months after receipt, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.

6. SSL/TLS Encryption
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption, identifiable by “https://” and the lock symbol in the address bar. This ensures transmitted data is protected from unauthorized access.

7. Recipients / Disclosure, Third-Country Transfer
Recipients: our IT/hosting service providers (in particular STRATO) as part of data processing.
No data is transferred to third countries (outside the EU/EEA).

8. Storage Period
Unless otherwise stated in this privacy policy, we only process personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations.

9. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you in particular have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

10. Right to Lodge a Complaintt
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example:
